DRLA Yacht Cup RaceThursday, August 10
Bayview Yacht Club 2:00 p.m. The Michigan Restaurant & Lodging Association was excited to join the Detroit Restaurant & Lodging Association in August for a dynamic member event on the Detroit River. The first-ever DRLA Yacht Cup race had everyone learning the ropes during a session of sailing lessons led by professional instructors, who made sure even the most novice of sailors felt confident on the water and even learned the basic tricks of steering. The lessons were followed by a friendly competition as the new sailors showed off what they had learned in a race down the river. Thank you to Bayview Yacht Club for being a phenomenal host and to all the members who came out and set sail! |
